Climb OUTside + BBQ with The Crush Collective and Canmore Pride

  • Sunshine Slabs Sunshine Road AB, T0L 2C0 Canada (map)

In partnership with Canmore Pride, The Crush Collective is hosting a casual crag day with a BBQ at Sunshine Slabs, on Treaty 7 Territory.

The Crush Collective is a climbing community and a non-profit working to remove barriers to access, foster safe and welcoming spaces, and celebrate representation in the outdoors. We believe climbing is for everyone, and work to build a community that supports our mission, if this sounds like a place for you, come crush with us!

We welcome all bodies to this event, we will be set at a place to fit everyone's needs. This event is open to all ages.

Please send us a DM if you don't have gear, and need to borrow something for the day, we will do our best to make this possible for anyone interested in climbing.

**Please note, this is not a guided event, folks are expected to have their own knowledge and skills to climb outside.**

We encourage folks to come hang out, and join for the BBQ even if you aren't climbing, it doesn't matter if you're new or experienced, come as you are, and share the stoke for climbing. This will be a great opportunity to meet like minded individuals and folks continuing to work to build community in the Bow Valley.

We have ZERO tolerance to any and all discrimination.
